I made these red velvet vampire cookies for my Twilight party and they turned out blood red and tasted really yummy too! This is a cake mix recipe, so it's extremely easy to make and never fails to turn out perfectly. I should warn you that the cookie dough resembles scenes from a bloody horror movie. It looks disgusting and keeps it bright red color even after it's baked, so it makes a sweet treat for wanna-be vampires. I made my cookies extra big and bagged them up in cellophane bags for party favors. Everyone loved them!
